Poles are World Champions in VFS!
The 5th FAI World Indoor Skydiving Championships took place in Raeford, North Carolina, USA, from April 9 to 12, 2025.
In the Vertical Formation Skydiving (VFS) category, the Polish team Flyspot Synapses – Polish VFS Team, supported by ELTRON, proved unbeatable, winning the gold medal and the title of world champions.
What is VFS?
VFS (Vertical Formation Skydiving) is one of the most dynamic and spectacular skydiving disciplines in a wind tunnel.
Teams of four perform specific formations in the air – flying head down or head up – according to patterns drawn at random before takeoff. Precision, synchronization, and perfect teamwork are what count.

The high level of competition, sporting atmosphere and excellent organization made the event one of the most important indoor skydiving events of the year.
