Physical parameter monitors

DOLD measuring modules for controlling physical quantities, available from ELTRON, are specialised devices for monitoring non-electrical parameters such as temperature, rotational movement, standstill, as well as the level of liquids and bulk materials. They support the operational safety of machines, process installations and power supply systems.

Depending on the model, DOLD relays enable:

Motion and stop control:

IK 9144, BA 9055, MK 9055N – monitoring of the rotational speed and stop of machine components up to 600,000 pulses per minute (IPM),
BD 5936 – motor stop monitoring with NO/NC outputs, used in drives with functional safety requirements.

Level monitoring:

IL 9151, SL 9151, MK 9151 – detection of liquid and bulk material levels (up to 450 kΩ) with dual-channel switching function.

Temperature and overheating control:

BA 9094, IK 9094 – temperature measurement up to 600°C, dedicated for industrial applications,
BA 9038, MK 9163N, MK 9003-ATEX – protection of motors against overheating (also in explosion-proof design – ATEX),
IP 9111/107 – advanced protection for transformers, with temperature and current monitoring.

Low current and fault detection:

IK 9076 – relay for monitoring low current (< 0.7 A) and detecting faults in measuring circuits.

These modules are available in various widths – from 17.5 mm (compact rail-mounted relays) to 70 mm for extensive diagnostic devices. All devices in the DOLD series offered by ELTRON are characterised by high measurement precision, reliability and compliance with industrial and medical safety standards.
