SMD-PEN: 63-400VDC/ 0.01 µF - 1.0 µF

  • Dielectric:  NaphthalenePolyethylene
  • Temperature range: -55 °C up to +125 °C
  • Dissipation factors (tan at 1 kHz and +20 °C) : <= 8x10-4, >1 µ: <=10x10-4

  • size codes 1812, 2220, 2824, 4030, 5040, 6054

  • Dielectric: PolyphenyleneSulphide
  • Temperature range: -55 °C up to +140 °C
  • Dissipation factors (tan at 1 kHz and +20 °C) : <= 15x10-4, >1 µ: <=20x10-4
