Multi-port analog and digital LCD monitor controllers are those products that support both digital video interfaces (such as DisplayPort, DVI or HDMI) and analog video interfaces (such as VGA). The advantage in using such devices is that the LCD monitor can work seamlessly with both the latest devices with digital A/V interfaces, as well as with older computers with traditional analog A/V outputs.
