STM8L162 is a variant of the STM8L151/152 Performance line of our STM8L ultra-low-power family. The STM8L162 includes a crypto AES cell on top of STM8L151/152 features.
Based on our 16 MHz proprietary STM8 core, the devices offer up to 64 Kbytes of Flash program memory, 4 Kbytes of SRAM and up to 2 Kbytes of data EEPROM in various packages from 64 to 80 pins. Analog features such as a 12-bit ADC and DAC, LCD controller and temperature sensors can be selected.
