ST's rad-hard voltage regulators offer very good performances inside many applications such as satellites and aircraft. They are available with an input voltage of up to 12 V, maximum current up to 3 A and fixed and adjustable output voltage versions starting from 1.23 V.
They are available in a range of packages: FLAT-16, SMD5C, SMD.5, TO-257, SMB5C.
