Rad-hard A/D converters offer very good performances within many applications, including telemetry and imaging. They are available with a supply voltage of 2.5 V and a compatibility with 3.3 V I/Os, using ST’s proprietary CMOS 0.25µm technologies.
Their power consumption ranges from 44 mW up to 100 mW, for a resolution from 12 bits to 14 bits and a sampling rate up to 50 MSPS.
They are available in SO-48 ceramic packages.
