ST’s STHVDAC is a dedicated driver able to control tunable capacitors. It provides a high-voltage digital-to-analog converter (DAC), specifically designed to control and meet the wide tuning bias voltage requirement of BST tunable capacitances.

Both STPTIC and STRAFT devices are directly controlled by the STHVDAC driver which supports different kinds of SPI interfaces, but also the new upcoming radio frequency front end (RFFE) control interface developed by the MIPI Alliance.
