DOLD wireless safety modules, available from ELTRON, are a modern solution designed for industrial applications where classic wired connections are insufficient or impossible to use. Wireless technology enables reliable transmission of safety signals in real time – even in distributed, dynamic production systems.
These devices are used, among others, in mobile machines, transport platforms, overhead cranes, AGV robots and workstations requiring a flexible approach to the placement of safety components. Thanks to the use of proven radio communication protocols and signal encoding, DOLD wireless safety relays guarantee full data integrity and meet the requirements of EN ISO 13849, IEC 62061 and SIL 3 standards.
Wireless safety systems offer a number of benefits: reduced cabling, easier installation, greater configuration flexibility and lower costs for upgrading existing installations. DOLD modules are compatible with other components from the SAFEMASTER series, enabling the creation of complex and scalable safety systems.
