Autonics BJP optical sensors – specialised PCB detection
Autonics BJP series photoelectric sensors are specially designed for precise detection of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in assembly lines and production automation. They emit a rectangular light beam measuring 30 × 3 mm, which allows for reliable detection of boards regardless of the presence of holes, cut-outs or surface irregularities.
Thanks to the background suppression (BGS) function, BJP sensors eliminate background interference, ensuring stable and precise detection regardless of the colour, texture or gloss of the object. The adjustable detection range from 20 to 100 mm allows the sensor to be adapted to the specific application, and the Light ON/Dark ON switch increases configuration flexibility.
The BJP series devices feature a compact housing and IP65 protection, making them ideal for demanding industrial environments.
