PRA inductive sensors – resistance to welding spatter

PRA series proximity sensors have been designed for environments exposed to welding spatter. Thanks to the use of a durable Teflon coating, these devices offer increased thermal resistance and protection against metal adhesion, which effectively prevents malfunction.

PRA models are equipped with a dedicated integrated circuit that ensures very high immunity to interference. These sensors can also replace classic spatter-resistant limit switches, making them a versatile solution for welding and heat sealing applications.

  • Teflon-coated housing – splash-proof and high temperature resistant
  • High noise immunity (specially designed integrated circuit)
  • Built-in protection: overvoltage, overload, reverse polarity (DC)
  • Reliable operation in conditions with increased risk of metal contamination

  • IP67 protection rating according to IEC standard
