Laser markers

In our laboratory in Wroclaw we have two models of laser markers - AREX 20W and Ulyxe 6W. Both markers emit 1064 nm - infrared radiation giving the widest field of application in industry (marking of most metals and plastics). In the case of difficult materials, we can also carry out tests with green / UV or CO2 lasers.

Service training courses

Lighter is software for creating and managing projects. The software is dedicated to support all Datalogic marking machines models and is very intuitive. As part of the training, we will introduce you to its basic and advanced functions and carry out practical exercises with the equipment.

Advice on the selection of equipment

Lasers according to wavelength can be divided into several groups: far IR, IR, Green, UV. Each material will absorb the wavelength differently giving different labeling effects. In addition, the technology of emitting laser radiation, e.g. in the case of IR - we have diode or fiber optic lasers also affect the final effect. Based on the example of many completed projects, we are able to advise you on the optimal solution for your needs.

Marking tests on your products

The type of marked material determines the appropriate wavelength (laser type), speed at which the process is to take place - laser power. Sometimes a given application requires additional functionality on the part of the marking machine, such as: marking on the fly, controlling the R-axis stepper motors, etc. In each of these cases, before the final selection of the laser type we perform tests on your details, present a report and consult with you their results.

Marking and equipment rental services

Our laboratory has two IR lasers (1064nm) - fiber laser - AREX 20W family, diode - Ulyxe 6W family. Both markers are great for marking metals and most plastics. If you have details that you would like to permanently mark, we invite you to cooperation.

Start-up assist

Most applications related to marking machines involve their integration into the machine. This application requires the use of I / O ports and (free) RS232 or Ethernet TCP / IP communication protocols for dynamic variable transfer. You can count on our professional help in this topic.
