Capacitors with low self-inductance and low suppression, intended for coupling and decoupling of HF systems. They are characterised by a wide range of available capacitance and voltage values.

 

Capacitance range for various voltages:

  • MKS 4:50-2000 VDC / 1000 pF - 220 µF
  • MKP 4:100-1000 VDC / 0.01µF - 150 µF
  • Tolerance: ±20%, ±10%, ±5% 
  • Raster: 7.5 mm - 10 mm - 15 mm - 22.5 mm - 27.5nmm - 37.5 mm - 52.5 mm
  • Dielectric: Polyester (MKS 4), Polypropylene(MKP 4)
  • Temperature range: -55 °C up to +125 °C
  • Dissipation factors (tan at 1 kHz and +20 °C) :<= 15x10-4 - 10x10-3
