They feature low inductance, low-loss polypropylene dielectric and very good assembly contacts. They are characterised by good interference suppression. In addition, they feature high mechanical stability and exceptional resistance to shocks and vibrations. Especially recommended for power electronic applications, such asnthyristor systems or IGBT modules.

 

Capacitance range forvarious voltages:

  • MKP:400-2000 VDC: 1.0 µF - 100 µF
  • Tolerance: ±20%, ±10%, ±5%
  • Pulse increase time: 50 ... 250 V/µsec
  • Dielectric: Polypropylene
  • Temperature range: -55 °C up to +85 °C
  • Dissipation factors (tan at 1 kHz and +20 °C) :n<= 3x10-4 ... 5x10-4
  • Mounting: M6 or M8 clamping screw
