Standard 0/4...20 mA and 0...10 V signals are galvanically isolated and converted into any standard output signals. The analog measurement signal transmission with transformer potential isolation and the digitally controlled measurement range switching guarantee virtually perfect signal transmission with a gain error of just 0.08 %, while at the same time providing excellent pulse formation and extremely low residual ripple with maximum long term stability and reliability. Suitable for applications requiring a high level of isolation between the input and output: basic isolation 1000V AC/DC. Test voltage 4000 V AC.

Facts
• Flexible and high-precision: calibrated range selection without time-consuming adjusting
• VariPower broad-range power supply 20 ... 253 V AC/DC

The VariTrans A 21000 isolates, transmits and converts 0 … 20/4 … 20 mA and 0 … 10 V with a high level of accuracy. In spite of its modular housing being only 6 mm wide, the new VariTrans isolation amplifier provides maximum protection of personnel and equipment through protective separation up to a working voltage of 300 V conforming to EN 61140. The test voltage is 2.5 kV AC. It can be supplied with either 24V DC or 230V AC.

Facts
• Broad-range power supply 24 … 110 V DC / 110 … 230 V AC
• 3-port isolation: prevention of incorrect measurements caused by potential differences
• Protective separation up to 300 V AC/DC according to EN 61140
• High isolation - 2.5 kV AC test voltage
• Long service life
• Extremely low failure rate due to reduced self-heating
• Cost reduction through smaller enclosures (Closely packed mounting
of the ultra-compact housings allows for more channels per meter DIN rail)
• High accuracy and temperature stability
• Gain error 0.2 % meas. val. and temperature coefficient 0.01 %/K
• Calibrated range selection without complicated adjustments
• Easy installation
• Simple connection to the power supply via the DIN rail bus connector
• UL approval for use in North America
• Adjustable or fixed-range models
• Best price/performance ratio
• 5-year warranty
