Soft starters with 3-phase control provide the highest level of protection for three-phase motors during start-up and shutdown. Thanks to the uniform control of all phases, they eliminate voltage and torque asymmetry, which translates into stable, safe operation even in the most demanding industrial applications.
The DOLD power module range includes devices for a wide variety of applications, from compact solutions such as the UG 9256 (up to 4 kW) to advanced GI 9015 soft starters for motors with power ratings up to 800 kW and voltages up to 525 V AC. Their design allows for integration into large industrial installations such as submersible pumps, crushers and production lines.
Devices such as the GE 9015, which supports voltages up to 690 V AC, are equipped with a relay signal output and are suitable for use in high-voltage installations. Smaller units, such as the BA 9026, are suitable for lower power applications while maintaining full functionality and safety.
For applications requiring not only controlled start-up but also stop, the GC 9012 model is available – a soft starter with a soft stop function that ensures gentle deceleration of the drive without mechanical shocks.
Most soft starters in this series offer temperature control and power supply directly from a 3-phase mains supply, which simplifies installation and increases reliability. The modules are available in various widths – from 22.5 mm to even 750 mm, allowing flexible adaptation to installation conditions.
