DIOTEC standard diodes are reliable semiconductor components designed for voltage rectification in a wide range of applications – from simple power supplies and audio/video equipment to advanced industrial systems. Designed with operational stability in mind, they feature high overload resistance and long service life.
The products in this group cover a wide range of electrical parameters – reverse voltage from 50 to 2000 V, forward voltage in the range of 0.6–3 V and forward current from 0.14 A to 0.3 A. For more demanding applications, versions with higher currents are also available – up to 25 A. The switching time of standard DIOTEC diodes is over 500 ns, making them ideal for use in classic power supply and rectifier circuits where super-fast switching parameters are not required.
The diodes are available in both through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMD) versions. The variety of housings – from MiniMelf, DO-41, DO-201, through SMA, SMB, SMC, to TO-220 or D8x7.5 – allows for easy adaptation of the component to the design, regardless of the type of application or mounting space.
The range also includes high-current diodes with high thermal resistance, including those in heat sink push-in housings, which are ideal for applications requiring efficient heat dissipation.
