They are characterised by low inductance, low-loss polypropylene dielectric and very good assembly contacts. Available in housings of different dimensions. Designed for power electronic applications.

 

Capacitance range for various voltages:

  • MKP:250-3000 VDC / 0.047 µF - 25 µF
  • FKP:630-4000 VDC / 0.01 µF - 2.2 µF
  • Tolerance: ± 20%, ± 10%, ± 5% (other tolerances are available on special order).
  • Dielectric: Polypropylene
  • Temperature range: -55 °C up to +100 °C
  • Dissipation factors (tan at 1 kHz and +20 °C) :<= 3x10-4
