Radioline is the new wireless system for large systems. Special features include extremely easy assignment of inputs and outputs by simply turning the thumbwheel – without any programming. Thanks to Trusted Wireless 2.0 technology, Radioline is the ideal choice for reliable use in industrial environments.

The advantages for you

  • Easy startup of wireless systems – by simply turning the thumbwheel, without any programming
  • High degree of reliability – thanks to new Trusted Wireless 2.0 technology, AES encryption, frequency hopping method, and coexistence management
  • Range of up to several kilometers – thanks to adjustable data rates
  • Flexible network construction – Radioline supports both point-to-point connections and complex mesh networks with up to 250 devices
  • Save on devices: transmit I/O signals or serial data using a single device, thanks to the integrated RS-232/RS-485 interface
  • Can be extended with up to 32 I/O modules – thanks to DIN rail connector and hot-swappable design

I/O mapping

Use the thumbwheel to assign the I/O modules within a network. Simply set the I/O modules that need to communicate with one another to the same number: for example, a digital input is set to IO MAP address 12 and the assigned digital output is also set to IO MAP address 12 – the signals will then be distributed correctly throughout the entire system.

Highly flexible, thanks to modular design

Tailor your wireless system to the requirements of your application. Choose from various analog and digital extension modules, which are coordinated in terms of type and number of signals.

Advantages of the I/O extension modules:

  • Modules can be inserted and removed even during operation (hot-swappable)
  • Channel-to-channel electrical isolation
  • Digital wide-range inputs and outputs (0 … 250 V AC)
  • Transistor or relay outputs
  • Pulse inputs (0 ... 100 Hz) to count events, e.g. for flow measurement
  • Extended temperature range (-40°C … 70°C)

CONFSTICK for increased network security

Implement unique network addressing with the CONFSTICK for secure, parallel operation of multiple networks.

This means that you can set a unique network ID and use different RF bands.

You can therefore create your own secure network and store and save the configuration data on a memory stick.
