PSRmini is the newly developed safety relay range from Phoenix Contact. Thanks to its proprietary relay technology, the new coupling relays are extremely compact.

No wider than 6 or 12 mm, the new coupling relay with force-guided contacts offers enormous space-spacing potential of up to 70% at full capacity.

In the PSRclassic series, you will find the conventional coupling relays with force-guided contacts for safe start-up and shut down.

The conventional coupling relays are characterized by a wide range of features and versions. With a housing width starting from 17.5 mm, they correspond with the market-standard housing dimensions.

The N/O and N/C contacts of an elementary relay are connected to one another mechanically through forced guidance. This prevents N/O and N/C contacts from closing at the same time. In conjunction with a suitable circuit, an N/O failure is reliably detected. This is the most reliable way of ensuring maximum safety of both man and machine.

Self-evidently, the PSRmini and PSRclassic product series are equipped with force-guided contacts to provide you with the highest level of safety.

Switching on safely is becoming more and more important. Phoenix Contact is providing a coupling relay specifically to cater for this in the form of the PSR-ETP with the following properties:

• Optionally switchable line/load monitoring
• Special design for avoiding spurious trips
• Notification of wire breakage over the existing connection line from DO to A1: reading back the data separately becomes superfluous
• All available characteristics and documents for easy configuration and loop calculation

The Termination Carrier module rack fits the PSRmini and PSRclassic. Use them to reduce the amount of wiring and speed up your installation.
