Series of desk-top cases ratiopacPRO/ -air is based on the structure of 19” europacPRO subrack. This allows it to use a wide range of additional elements designed for 19” europacPRO subracks, which greatly increases its application capabilities. Symmetrical stricture means that the modules can be inserted into the case from the front and rear side. Top cover, base and side panels are easy to remove owing to the click-on structure which allows for quick and easy assembly without the use of tools. If greater load-carrying capacity is needed, top covers can also be bolted to meet the mechanical requirements. The standard version without additional EMC elements offers a high level of EMC shielding (above 25 dBA at GHz). All inner elements are conductively connected. EMC gaskets are pre-assembled to the top cover to ensure greater security related to interference. Available model heights: 2/3/4/6U, widths: 28 /42/63/84HP and depths from 255.5mm to 495.5 mm. Thanks to its construction and special mounting brackets, the case can easily be adjusted from desk-top type to a 19” standard to allow the installation of ratiopackPRO/ -air case in 19” cabinets. This series comes in 3 versions – standard desk-top ratiopacPRO case, tower ratiopacPRO case, as well as ratiopacPRO air case which has an integrated ventilation system. Standard desk-top ratiopacPRO air consist of 3 sections – main section constituting a mounting space and vent section consisting of two ventilation panels, each of the height of 1/2 U, located in the top and bottom part of the front panel. This allows the outside air to be sucked from the front and bottom, and heated air to be discharged to the top and rear of the case. To improve air circulation, it is possible to use rear panel with vent slots which will additionally push heated air outside the case. RatiopacPRO air cases are available in unshielded and EMC shielded versions.
