VPX backplanes

VPX backplanes are modern, high-performance backplane systems designed for the most demanding applications – from defense and transportation to aviation. They offer exceptional configuration flexibility and full compliance with the VITA VPX standard.

They are available in various configurations:

  • Board height: 3U
  • Number of slots:• 5 slots – full grid (without rear I/O ports)• 7 slots – full grid (with I/O ports)• 7 slots – star topology (with or without I/O ports)
  • The bus topology can be changed using DIP switches, allowing the layout to be easily adapted to a specific application.

VPX buses are distinguished by their robust design and high throughput, supporting data transmission at speeds of tens of Gb/s. They are an indispensable solution in applications where system reliability, modularity, and flexibility are essential.
