The Fluke ii900 Industrial Sound Camera is a handheld device equipped with a microphone array that provides an expanded field of view and enables quick and accurate leak detection in vacuum, gas and compressed air systems – even in noisy industrial environments.
The new SoundSight™ technology has been specially developed for use in noisy production facilities. Thanks to the 7-inch LCD touch screen, the image in the visible light spectrum is superimposed on the SoundMap™ sound map, allowing leaks to be detected instantly.
The intuitive user interface allows the acoustic frequency of the leak to be isolated from background noise, significantly increasing detection efficiency. It takes just a few hours to check the entire plant with the FLK-ii900 camera, even during peak production.
For the first time, it is possible to locate leaks so quickly and easily, improving plant efficiency and significantly reducing operating costs. Images can be saved and exported for documentation and reporting purposes.
