Seria TK

Safety switch TK... with guard locking and guard lock monitoring (without protection against unintentional closing)

The principle of operation is simple: If a safety system is to be locked, the guard locking pin prevents it from opening. The guard locking pin is only retracted after the guard locking solenoid is supplied with power. The safety system can then be opened. The pin position can be monitored via the safety switching elements.

Features
  • Mounting on plastic housing TP with actuating head and guard locking pin made of metal
  • High locking forces of well above 5000 N
  • Mechanical release on the switch head
  • Actuating element for auxiliary shutdown on front

Wherever the application of conventional type 2 safety switches is no longer possible, the TK is like a duck in water. With a locking force of more than 5,000 N, it is set up for very high loads. The TK has guard lock monitoring and is equipped with safety switching contacts.
