DOLD soft starters with 2-phase control are advanced power modules for three-phase motors that ensure smooth start-up, limiting start-up current and reducing mechanical loads. Compared to single-phase control solutions, they offer more uniform drive acceleration, which translates into greater durability and efficiency of the system.
Devices in this group, such as the GI 9014 and GF 9016, support motors with power ratings of up to 110 kW and voltages of up to 575 V AC, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications such as ventilation systems, compressors and production machines. These models are available in several widths (from 45 mm to 202 mm) and are suitable for DIN rail mounting.
Soft starters such as the BI 9028 and BL 9228 combine a soft start function with DC motor braking, enabling controlled machine stopping. In addition, the BL 9228 and BL 9028 models offer stop detection, which increases operational safety and allows for precise management of the device's operating cycle.
Selected products, such as the RP 9210/300, enable start-up with reverse rotation, which is particularly useful in applications requiring frequent changes in direction.
Most models are equipped with signalling relay outputs, temperature monitoring and extensive diagnostic functions, making them easy to integrate into automation and monitoring systems.
