The SAFEMASTER PRO series from DOLD consists of advanced, configurable safety modules designed for extensive and complex applications in industrial automation. The system allows for full digital configuration and integration of multiple safety functions in a single, centrally managed unit.
Thanks to its modular architecture, SAFEMASTER PRO allows for easy expansion of the safety system with additional I/O modules, adapting the solution to specific installation requirements. The user can easily configure the system's operating logic using DOLD's SAFECONF software – no programming required.
The solutions in this series support the highest safety levels in accordance with PL e (EN ISO 13849-1) and SIL 3 (IEC 61508/62061). The system also has diagnostic functions, input/output status monitoring and the ability to communicate with higher-level systems via industrial interfaces (e.g. PROFIBUS, Ethernet).
