Diotec unipolar transistors, available from ELTRON, cover a full range of N-channel and P-channel components designed for use in power electronics, power supplies, pulse converters and modern automation systems.
The range of parameters includes drain-source voltage from -60 V to +150 V and currents up to 195 A, allowing the selection of a device for both compact control applications and demanding systems with high loads. Power dissipation reaches up to 300 W in THT versions with metal heat sinks.
The offer includes transistors in SMD and THT packages, such as PowerQFN, SOT-23, TO-252AA/D-PAK, TO-220AB and TO-92. N-channel components offer low RDS(on) resistances (from 0.0014 Ω), high pulse currents and fast switching times. P-channel transistors are ideal for applications with inverted power supply topology, where simple control and fast conduction path closure are essential.
