Diotec digital bipolar transistors, available from ELTRON, are ready-to-use components designed for simple and cost-effective digital circuits. Thanks to built-in base and pull-down resistors (R1 and R2), they simplify PCB design and reduce the number of external passive components.
The range includes NPN and PNP transistors with collector-emitter voltages ranging from 50 V to 60 V and collector currents from 30 mA to 800 mA. These components are suitable for control circuits, TTL/CMOS logic applications and as drivers in low-power circuits. The power dissipation is in the range of 0.15–0.25 W, making them ideal for compact, energy-efficient designs.
Two built-in polarisation resistors (e.g. 4.7kΩ, 22kΩ, 47kΩ) ensure consistent transistor behaviour under pulse conditions. Available SMD packages – SOT-23, SOT-323, SOT-363 and SOT-523 – allow for easy integration into automated production.
