LDO voltage stabilisers from Diotec, available from ELTRON, are modern linear circuits designed for precise voltage regulation in electronic and industrial applications. Thanks to their low voltage drop (as low as 0.06 V) and wide input and output voltage range, these products are ideal for power supply systems with limited space as well as for designs requiring high efficiency and voltage stability.

Diotec offers LDO voltage regulators with output voltages from 2.45 V to 25 V and negative variants (e.g. -5 V, -12 V, -24 V). The input voltage range covers values from 7 V to 40 V for positive and up to -39 V for negative, making these circuits versatile in the design of a wide variety of systems. Typical output currents range from 0.05 to 1 A, and quiescent current can be as low as 0.01 mA, allowing them to be used in battery-powered and energy-saving applications.

Diotec stabilisers are available in both through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMD) versions in popular packages such as TO-92, SO-8, SOT-23, SOT-89, SOT-223. The DI78L, DI79L, LDI1117, LDI8233 and LDI8119 series cover a wide range of voltages and currents, including versions with very low dropout (e.g. LDI75L3.3UA: drop of only 0.06 V) or LDI812C-3.3SFA with an output current of 0.05 A and a quiescent current of only 1 µA.

Diotec also offers constant voltage regulators and versions with adjustable output voltage, such as the LDI1117-ADU. Thanks to their compliance with standards and high parameter precision, they are widely used in power supplies, control modules, measurement systems and automation.

Diotec LDO voltage stabilisers available at ELTRON guarantee quality, a wide range of models and technical support in component selection. Whether you are developing a new project or servicing existing equipment, ELTRON offers proven solutions for voltage stabilisation.
