Diotec three-phase diode bridges, available from ELTRON, are high-performance components designed for rectifying three-phase voltage in power supply systems, automation systems, motor drives and industrial equipment. Thanks to a wide range of parameters and robust housings, they are suitable for applications requiring high reliability and overload resistance.
The offer includes Diotec three-phase bridges with a conduction current from 15 A to 35 A, in versions with reverse voltage from 100 V to even 1800 V. All models feature low forward voltage (typically 1.05 V), which translates into lower power losses. For applications requiring higher resistance to impulse overloads, designs with high surge current ratings of up to 450 A are available (e.g. the DB35 series).
DB and DBI bridges are available in robust plastic housings that can be mounted on a heat sink. Variants in DBI housings also offer higher insulation and lower reverse current – e.g. only 5 µA in the DBI25-08A and DBI25-16A models, which is important in sensitive measuring circuits.
The products are designed for through-hole mounting (THT), which facilitates integration into classic industrial designs. Thanks to the wide range of models, it is easy to select the right rectifier for specific design requirements, both in terms of voltage and operating current.
Diotec three-phase bridges available at ELTRON are a proven choice for power supply designers who expect reliability, complete documentation and short delivery times. Contact us – we will help you select the right model for your application.
