DIOTEC ESD protection diodes, available from ELTRON, are high-quality components that protect electronic circuits from electrostatic discharge. Designed for modern digital and analogue applications, they effectively absorb ESD pulses without interfering with the protected circuit. They operate at voltages from 3.3 V to 36 V, with a breakdown voltage of up to 30 V, offering a wide range of models with different protection levels and junction capacities.
Thanks to surface mount (SMD) and compact packages such as 0603, DFN1006-2, SOT-23, SOD-523 and SOD-323F, these diodes are ideal for mobile, IoT, telecommunications and automotive applications, as well as USB, HDMI, CAN and auxiliary power supplies.
