Pushed into radiator diodes

DIOTEC press-fit LEDs are high-current semiconductor components designed for applications where effective heat distribution and simplified mechanical assembly are important. Thanks to press-fit technology, installation is solderless – the diodes are pressed directly into specially prepared cooling sockets, which significantly reduces installation time and increases connection reliability.

In terms of technical parameters, these products offer a switching time of over 500 ns, a reverse voltage of up to 600 V, a forward voltage of 1.1 V and a forward current of 25 A or 35 A, depending on the model. High current resistance, reaching up to 360 A in pulse, makes them ideal for use in harsh load conditions.

Versions with different polarisation are available: types A (anode on wire) and K (cathode on wire) allow flexible adaptation to the application circuit. The standard D12.77x6.6W/Z housings ensure compact size while maintaining effective thermal contact with the heat sink.

DIOTEC heat sink-mounted diodes are used in:

  • high-power power supplies and industrial rectifiers,
  • drive and automation systems,
  • filtering and protection circuits,
  • industrial battery charging devices,
  • installations with increased temperature and current requirements.

The KYW and KYZ series includes a wide selection of models with different voltages and mounting options, allowing you to precisely select the component for your specific design requirements.
