DIOTEC small signal diodes are compact semiconductor components designed for use in signal, logic and safety applications where low currents, fast response and low losses are essential. They are used in digital, analogue, switching and pulse systems – wherever precision is important under low voltage and current conditions.
Typical parameters include power dissipation from 0.15 to 0.4 W, reverse voltage up to 250 V, forward current in the range of 0.14–0.3 A and very short switching times of several nanoseconds. This makes DIOTEC small signal diodes ideal for applications with high switching frequencies, including measuring devices, automation, telecommunications and consumer electronics.
The products are available in both surface mount (SMD) and through-hole (THT) versions. The housings include SOT-23, SOD-123F, SOD-323, SOD-523, DO-35, as well as specialised solutions such as Quadro MicroMelf and SOT-363 (for dual versions). The wide range of models allows components to be perfectly matched to the requirements of a specific project.
The DIOTEC range includes popular and reliable types such as 1N4148, 1N4448, BAV99, BAS16, BAS21, BAV70, LL4148, MCL4448 and many low-voltage and fast pulse diode variants.
