Seria SFDL2

The SFDL2 series consists of flat safety door switches designed to monitor the open and closed status of guard doors on machines and to block access during operation in potentially hazardous conditions. The devices enable the door to be locked during machine operation, minimising the risk of operator contact with the danger zone. The slim design and the possibility of front or rear mounting facilitate installation in confined spaces. Versions equipped with a release button are also available, which increases operational safety.

SFDL2 switches allow the direction of the operating key to be changed thanks to a rotary head, and the key can be inserted from four directions. The series offers various contact configurations to match the device to the required level of signalling and control. The manual release key function allows emergency opening during testing or installation. There are two types of locks to choose from, depending on the release method. Versions are available with a mechanical lock released by an electromagnet and with an electromagnetic lock released mechanically. Models with a metal head are characterised by increased durability.
