Autonics BJR photoelectric sensors – compact and oil-resistant for industrial applications
The Autonics BJR series are specialised oil-resistant photoelectric sensors designed for use in harsh environments where lubricants, coolants and machining oils are present. They are widely used in the automotive and machine industries, where reliable operation in contact with liquids is crucial. The sensors are available in two versions – BJR (with protective coating) and BJR-F (with oil penetration resistance). Thanks to their compact dimensions and durable design with metal mounting holes, they are easy to install and safe to use.
• Oil resistance – ideal for environments with coolants, cutting oils and lubricants.
• BJR version – special coating to protect against the ingress of liquids and dust.
• BJR-F version – works even if oil penetrates the housing.
• Long detection range – up to 15 m (barrier type), 3 m (reflective with mirror), 1 m (diffuse).
• MSR function – rejection of reflections from mirrored surfaces in reflective models.
• Compact housing – only 20×32×11 mm, suitable for installation in confined spaces.
• Metal mounting holes – for secure and durable mounting with M3 screws.
• Light-ON / Dark-ON mode switch – easy configuration of operating mode.
• Sensitivity adjustment – precise adjustment of detection to the type of object and environment.
