The MU series consists of Autonics magnetic proximity fork sensors with a detection range of 30 mm. The sensors are available in two connection variants: as a version with a cable or a cable terminated with a single-sided connector. The fork design facilitates installation and increases the repeatability of the detection point. The sensors can operate independently or in combination with BUP photoelectric sensors, enabling the creation of precise positioning systems, particularly in applications such as lifts, transport systems and component motion detection systems.
The MU series devices use voltage-free magnetic detection, which ensures low energy consumption and high durability. The sensor body complies with the IP67 tightness standard, so the sensors can be used in conditions of increased humidity and dust. This solution is recommended for automation systems where reliable detection of ferromagnetic elements is required.
