PRACM inductive sensors – splash-proof and easy to install with M12 connector

The PRACM series proximity sensors from Autonics are specialised solutions designed for use in welding environments. Thanks to their PTFE (Teflon) coating, these sensors are resistant to welding spatter and high temperatures, ensuring reliable operation in harsh conditions. An additional advantage is the M12 connector, which greatly facilitates installation and servicing of the device.

The PRACM series devices are based on a dedicated Autonics integrated circuit, which translates into excellent resistance to electromagnetic interference. These sensors can be used as a safe alternative to spray-proof limit switches.

Features of the PRACM series

  • PTFE Teflon coating – high resistance to heat and splashes
  • Interference-resistant integrated circuit designed by Autonics
  • Built-in protection: overvoltage, overcurrent, reverse polarity (3-wire DC)
  • M12 connector – simple and quick installation
  • Reliable operation in welding applications
  • IP67 protection rating (IEC standard)
