Thanks to its very low on-resistance (RDS(on)) of 20 mΩ, this device enables exceptionally efficient switching at high voltages. SiC technology provides higher breakdown resistance, lower power losses and significantly higher efficiency than standard silicon-based transistors.

DIF065SIC020, available from ELTRON, is ideal for photovoltaic inverters, EV charging systems, SMPS power supplies and DC/DC. With a power dissipation of 550 W, operation up to +175°C and a peak current of 150 A, it sets new standards in power electronics.

MMBT3904-AQ – NPN transistor for automotive control signals

With an insulation voltage of 48 V and a breakdown voltage in the range of 53.3–58.9 V, this device provides effective protection for sensitive electronic circuits against voltage surges and electrostatic discharges.

5.0SMCJ48CA-AQ can suppress pulses with a peak power of up to 5000 W (10/1000 µs) and provides a terminal voltage of less than 77.4 V at a current of 64.6 A. AEC-Q101 certification, compliance with RoHS, REACH and high operating temperature (up to +150°C Tj) make it the ideal choice for automotive applications, including external lighting systems, indicators and free-wheeling Zener diodes.
