Four display sizes are available (8.4‘, 10.4’, 12.1‘, 15’) as well as Gateway models without a screen, which can operate as standalone communication gateways in distributed systems.

Computing power and communication interfaces

iTP panels are equipped with a wide range of interfaces:

• 2x Ethernet – communication with the plant network, SCADA, MES/ERP,
• RS-232/RS-485 – support for Modbus RTU and other serial protocols,
• USB 2.0/3.0 – connection of memory, keyboards, modems,
• Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz – with the option of mounting an external antenna,
• SD slot – support for cards up to 256 GB (SDXC/SDHC) for logging process data.

The panels support queries in various database management systems, such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle and PostgreSQL, which allows for direct data acquisition and integration, as well as report generation without the need for additional intermediate servers.

SCADAMaster-Designer – engineering environment

The panels are configured using dedicated SCADAMaster-Designer software, which enables:

• creation of HMI screens using thousands of symbols in SVG format,
• implementation of process animations and control logic,
• configuration of alarms, trends and data logging,
• integration with master systems and SQL databases,
• remote diagnostics and monitoring.

The built-in Web Tool function allows you to check the status of the CPU, RAM, network load, list of connected devices and view system logs from your browser.

Gateway models – industrial communication gateways

For applications where an operator panel is not required, the manufacturer offers Gateway models – compact CPU units for use as communication gateways.

Their functions include:

• acquisition and buffering of data from field devices,
• protocol conversion between networks,
• data transfer to SCADA/ERP/Cloud,
• reduction of implementation costs by eliminating external servers.

Remote access and security features

The iTP series supports VNC (Virtual Network Computing), enabling remote viewing and control of HMI screens from a computer, tablet or smartphone. This allows for service and diagnostics without the need to be on site, reducing response time in the event of a failure.

The panels have an IP66 rating (for models with a screen), allowing them to operate safely in dusty environments and those exposed to water, such as in the food or chemical industries.
